流動值是為了評估聚氨酯密封膠的高溫穩定性而引人的技術指標。如果材料的流動值不達標，在高溫下就容易出現粘輪現象。2種樣品老化前后的流動值如表6所示。CS一1的流動值比CS一0.5低。一方面，認為隨著CNTs含量的增加，聚氨酯密封膠的高溫性能得到改善。另一方面，由于CNTs含量較高，CS一1的載度較高。CNTs在SBS表面的相互作用增加了聚合物的表面粗糙度，從而改善了SBS與瀝青界面的相容性，降低了材料在高溫下的流動值。表4CNTs/SBS改性瀝青灌縫聚氨酯密封膠的流動值應變掃描試驗被用來確定改性瀝青聚氨酯密封膠的線J勝粘彈性，視頻引伸計(LVE)可通過拍攝實驗過程的圖像，分析圖像特征變化動態測量試件應變變化。通過應變掃頻試驗，得到某一溫度和頻率下聚氨酯密封膠線性粘彈性的極限應變值(YLVE)。作為一種典型的彈、粘、塑性材料，瀝青的流變學參數如復變模量、相位角等都是在線性粘彈性的條件下定義的。一般來說，在同一溫度下，頻率越高，瀝青的線性粘彈性區間越小;在同一頻率下，溫度越低，瀝青的線性粘彈性區間越小。為了在最極端的條件下測試出該材料LVE區間，本研究的應變掃頻試驗是在高頻率、低溫度的條件下進行的。因此，在本研究中，選擇10H，作為應變掃描試驗頻率，溫度條件為25℃。模量一應變曲線如圖3所示。假設初始模量下降等于5%時對應的點為LVE極限，縱向虛線的左邊是聚氨酯密封膠的線性粘彈性區間，其中材料的應力一應變關系只受溫度和頻率的影響，而右邊是非線性粘彈性區間。圖3表明，在較低的應變范圍內，模量與應變值有良好的線性關系，模量變化不明顯。隨著應變的增加，線性關系被破壞，復合剪切模量大大下降。比較CS一1和CS一0.5的數據曲線，可以看出，雖然聚氨酯密封膠的復合模量隨著CNTs含量的增加而增加，但聚氨酯密封膠的LVE范圍沒有明顯變化。CS一1的YLVE為2.26%,CS一0.5的YLVE為2.16%。www.hryfc.com
