為了解決傳統MS密封膠耐高溫變形性低的問題，本文利用碳納米管和SBS為路面維護工程制備了一種具有優異的高溫穩定性和抗變形能力的瀝青灌縫密封材料，擴大了碳納米管在路面維修工程中的應用。此外，還通過進行軟化點測試、錐人度測試、針人度掃描測試、彈性恢復率測試以及LVE掃描測試，估計了這種新型CNTs/SBS復合改性瀝青灌縫MS密封膠的高溫性能、流變性能和抗老化性能，認為CNTs能夠顯著改善瀝青灌縫MS密封膠的實用性，對延長瀝青路面使用時限有著積極的促進作用。
防水工程不管在傳統建筑還是現代裝配式建筑都是重難點。裝配式建筑中外墻拼縫用MS密封膠的性能就顯得極為重要，然而，目前國內未對此類材料具體性能要求做相關標準。本文根據工程實例，通過MS密封膠在預制PC建筑外墻防水中的應用，探討PC建筑外墻滲漏的原因及處理方式，使建筑質量和耐久性得到提高，為以后MS密封膠在預制裝配式建筑外墻防水中的應用提供借鑒未者預制裝配式建筑(PC建筑)是指在預制工廠中進行生產梁、板、柱、墻、樓梯等形成預制混凝土構件，然后將這些配套的預制混凝土構件運到現場，通過吊裝、連接、后澆等形成一棟整體的建筑。PC建筑與傳統建筑方式相比，具有建筑施工周期短、勞動生產效率高、能源消耗低、整體精度高、施工噪音降低、揚塵少等優點，符合現代城市化發展的步伐，符合我國提出的節能減排、控制污染等一系列方針政策，是國家建筑業的主要發展方向，同時也是目前國家提出住宅產業化的核心內容，更是十三五期間建筑業轉型升級的主要途徑之一。www.hryfc.com
