美國、日本、歐洲及香港等發達國家和地區建筑工業化運用水平已超過65 %，已然成為建筑發展的主流方式f l0雖然我國在上個世紀六十年代就開始探索預制裝配式建筑，但由于當時技術、標準等不成熟，當時的PC建筑出現了外墻滲漏、隔音差、抗震差等問題，從而導致到了八九十年代建筑工業化停滯不前。進入2010年后，隨著社會的發展、技術的進步和環保意識的提高，PC建筑再一次回到了大家的視野中，在我國得到快速發展。目前，國家出臺了相應的行業標準，對PC建筑的施工、設計提出了相應要求，但暫時還缺乏對PC建筑接縫用丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的具體性能的規范要求。而在現行建筑用丁基防水嵌縫密封膠標準中，行業標準《混凝土建筑接縫用丁基防水嵌縫密封膠》適用于道橋、普通混凝土建筑接縫等，對PC混凝土建筑外墻拼接縫使用丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的技術要求具有一定的參考意義。本文根據工程實例，從PC建筑的外墻防水問題著手，淺析PC建筑的外墻防水密封使用的現狀及現階段存在的主要問題。
工程處于上海市某區，主要由4棟16層裝配預制率40%和2棟12層裝配預制率50%的高層建筑組成，全部為PC住宅，采用框剪結構，其框架梁、板、柱、墻等主要構件均為工廠預先制作，再運輸到現場進行裝配。
與以往現場澆筑的建筑不同，PC建筑是現場進行拼裝，所以會留下很多的拼裝縫，在裝配式建筑中有很多節點是采用現澆的方式連接，此處出現裂縫的概率較小，但基本上所有外墻都是拼裝的，故存在很多橫向和豎向的拼接縫，而這些接縫給了水的良好的流通通道，水滲入后會造成墻體的發潮掉落、鋼筋腐蝕等，對建筑物的使用安全和使用壽命產生了嚴重的影響。目前對PC外墻接縫的防水而言，一般采用材料防水和空腔防水相結合的兩重防水形式，而PC建筑外墻縫隙的密封更是重中之重。PC建筑的防水性能受其材料的性能、施工方法、施工環境、施工質量等因素影響�？墒菄鴥榷』浪犊p密封膠可以參考的文獻資料不足，缺乏對應的技術標準、行業標準及相應產品，合適的配套檢測方法未成形等，使得PC建筑行業面臨諸多難題，難以大面積推廣。丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的安全檢查仍處于人為觀察的初級階段，存在很大的不確定性。本文結合工程實例，采用MS丁基防水嵌縫密封膠在本工程外墻防水中的應用，來對PC建筑外墻防水的進行探討。www.hryfc.com
