外掛墻板接縫的介紹外掛墻板多用于框架結構，作為外圍護系統使用，用于抵抗各種環境影響，如風壓、雨水、溫度等。外掛墻板接縫分為兩種，分別是橫向接縫和縱向接縫，本工程中預制外墻板的縱向接縫(圖1，圖2)設有一凹槽結構，中空橡膠管止水帶設置在混凝土的內側，中間部分是結構中空的內腔形成的減少壓力的密閉空間，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠則填補在外墻拼接縫最外側，互相作用后起到防水效果。當雨水進入減壓空倉利用自重向下引流排水，為避免在減壓腔內的水積壓，應每3 -5層設置阻斷水下流的封堵，并設置排水口。雖該防水構造設計比較先進，但要求墻板安裝精度要求高，且硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的使用壽命有效，一般為巧到25年，需要更換，無形中增加了建筑未來的維護費用。
該工程外墻板的水平接縫防水結構(圖3)由MS耐候硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠、背泡沫條、墩座和防水橡膠條組成。該墩具有高差，可有效防止水侵入，采用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠防水加固，形成第二防水防水橡膠條和十字接頭位置，有效避免漏水現象。
