本工程外墻防水采用MS密封膠，其施工工藝如下:
①基層清理。重點清理干凈因各種原因而粘附在板縫嵌縫施工區域內的異物、浮塵、水泥浮漿等，以免影響MS密封膠的粘結密封效果，清理時應先使用砂輪角磨機、鏟刀等順手的小型機具進行清理，再用壓縮空氣吹凈或用毛刷刷去粘結基面上的雜質和灰塵，達到干凈、干燥、清潔、密實的合格標準后，進入下道工序。
②安裝泡沫棒。泡沫棒采用一般的PE棒即可，其直徑應與縫冤相宜，安裝時應嚴格控制泡沫棒安裝的深度以確保MS密封膠的厚度符合要求。泡沫棒的作用:1)在房屋遭遇剪切拉伸時，泡沫板的存在使得MS密封膠兩面受力不易開裂;2)節約了MS密封膠的用量。
③貼美紋紙。應選擇粘結力好且不易脫膠的美紋紙，可防止接縫兩側板面被底漆、MS密封膠污染。
④MS密封膠攪拌。按MS密封膠產品要求分別將基料、固化劑、顏料混合均勻。
⑤打膠。實踐證明，MS密封膠的冤厚比在2:1-1:1之間時，較為合理，打膠一般采用膠槍進行，應在規定時間內完成打膠，以避免MS密封膠的失效。
⑥收平。用專業刮刀將MS密封膠刮均收平，使MS密封膠表面光滑平直。收平時一定要進行按壓處理，以確保MS密封膠粘結面積均勻、飽滿。
⑦養護清理。清除美紋紙、局部散落MS密封膠，修繕局部缺陷，確保MS密封膠光滑。www.hryfc.com
