裝配式建筑施工作為新興的建筑形式，在我國尚處于探索試驗階段。還存在著很多的不足。特別是在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠這塊內容上，既沒有配套標準的支持也沒有檢驗標準的規范，結合本工程對MS硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的使用和本文對上述硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的對比分析，現就提出三點參考改進的措施:
①抓緊制定PC建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的行業標準，規定在具體節點或者部位需用相應的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠。
②研制發明新型的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠施工質量現場檢測工具。
③因為我國處于 PC建筑發展的初期，要多多借鑒國外的成功案例，取其精華去其糟粕。
④加強對PC建筑相關人員的技術指導和培訓學習。
PC建筑是現階段國家大力推廣和發展的新型建造方式，PC建筑的外墻防水上能從技術層面上通過相應的技術改良和創新措得以施有效保障。但與裝配式建筑應用成熟的國家相比，我國仍有很大的差距，特別在不同環境，不同結構，不能有效的選擇合理經濟的防水材料，也不能形成有效的系統化防水方案�，F在我國的裝配式建筑水平還有很大的提升空間。
目前國內PC外墻密封材料的選擇存在一定的混亂，這為外墻滲水埋下了隱患。MS硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠雖能在使用上可滿足裝配式外墻防水接縫的要求，并且操作簡單，但是我國是建筑大國，對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的市場需求巨大，而現在此類硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的研發與生產遠遠不足以滿足，因此其發展空間巨大。希望通過本文的相關內容介紹，能為相關從業人員提供新的思路，在把好防水質量關的前提下，完善裝配式建筑防水技術，在今后的建筑行業能得以推廣。www.hryfc.com
